Biryani Magic Workshop at Mandira’s Kitchen in Shere, taking place on Friday 10 July, from 11am to 12:30pm
Mandira’s Kitchen has been serving Indian food in the Surrey Hills since 2020
What’s included:
- A warm welcome and introduction to spices over chai and samosas
- A complete live demo of their signature layered biryani
- Chutney tasting and pairing
- Biryani tasting served in coconut shells
- Each guest takes home a biryani kit to recreate at home
- Weather permitting, this event will run on the outdoor patio, overlooking the pool
- 10% discount in the shop on the day for all GRACE ladies in attendance
Optional Extra:
As part of the experience, every guest will be invited to enjoy a delicious Biryani Platter lunch following the workshop, offering the opportunity to relax and continue conversations with great food in a social atmosphere. The platter includes your choice of chicken or vegetable biryani, served alongside a samosa, rich dal makhani, refreshing beetroot raita and a crisp poppadom. Please confirm on booking whether you prefer the chicken or vegetarian option.
