Thank you to everyone who donated cakes for our cake sale to raise awareness of Cervical Cancer during Cervical Cancer Awareness Week 2018.

A special thanks to Veena Soni and Rugaia Montaser, who helped Nicola and Betsy on the day.  Also a big thanks to Veena who donated over 100 vegetarian samosas and bundaballs which went like hot cakes, making us a magnet on the day!

Thank you to Sophie Otter, Ellen Babbs, Lucinda Butler-Manuel, Josie Older, Fiona Graham, Sue Permanand, Mrs Borlase, and Moya Zenonas.

We also had one young man who donated an AMAZING chocolate cake, which was originally intended as a birthday cake for his wife, no other details were supplied. This was the most popular cake of all on the day. It was beautiful and delicious and we can’t thank you enough for your generosity.

For everyone  who helped or donated – We couldn’t have done it without you. We raised £580 which is a tidy sum for a cake sale and it will enable us to continue our vital work. More importantly we know that we raised awareness of cervical cancer and the need to be present for screening. So thank you everyone who played a part in this.
