Congratulations to Michelle and Becki, who took part in a 7km assault course at the weekend!

The Nuts Winter Challenge is a course full of mud and fun. There were around 60 obstacles including cargo nets, climbs, fences, gates, walls, pole slide, rope swing, barbed wire crawl, log balance, tyre wall, jump through tyres, rope wall, swamps, a water slide and lots of tunnels.

The ladies braved the arctic temperatures and raised over £100 for GRACE. Thank you!
