Michael Irwin and friends hosted a fun filled party at The Parrot, Forest Green, in March, in aid of GRACE.
Around 100 guests enjoyed a fizzy reception, kindly donated by Nadia Edgar, along with marvellous canapes. Guests sat down to a main course of Shoulder of Lamb or Baked Hake, followed by a selection of desserts, all prepared by Chef Jozef and his team.
Fundraising included a raffle, which alone raised £1,020, with an array of wonderful prizes including a hamper of wine glasses as well as many other gifts contributed by generous donors including The Butchers Hall, Etherley Farm, Pointers, Longwells Vineyard, The Surrey Hills Florist and Norbury Park Cheese Company.
Following dinner, guests danced the night away to sounds by Disco Dave.
The evening was a tremendous success thanks to Michael Irwin, Nadia Edgar, the team at The Parrot and all those who donated and attended.
In total, an amazing £3,510 was raised for GRACE!
