Strictly was F A B U LO U S says Pandy!
Everyone had a ball and everything went completely to plan. The dancers all put on a wonderful performance and the live band were amazing.
Pandy – and GRACE – would like to thank the people involved in this wonderful evening including – Simon & Lucinda for coming and speaking about GRACE. Paul and (GRACE woman) Wendy Marcel for judging the dance competition. Bill Hill for taking on the role of MC and his wife Sarah. Lindsey Philpott from The Little Crows nest for donating an amazing auction prize which raised £1,600 – Wow! Wellington College for again giving us the beautiful ballroom to hold the event. Lucy Davies from the Wellington Community Office – Lucy was a star and really without her this event wouldn’t have taken place. Tom Philpott from Cosmic Events who decorated the ballroom beautifully and made us all feel like movie stars entering on a red carpet. To the Hip Hop replacements dance troupe. And lastly but most importantly the dancers. They were truly wonderful.
This year’s winners were Olivia Clarke and Dean Harfield who danced a salsa – 10’s all round – Craig, Bruno, Motsi and Shirley eat your hearts out!
